Working with Jennifer was such a pleasure. We had very limited time to find our new home, but she quickly found us several places to look at that were within our budget, and met our objectives. Once we decided on which would become our new home, she carried us right through to the closing, making sure every last detail was being looked after. She is the epitome of a seasoned professional, and I would highly recommend her.

Thanks to her deep local expertise, home-to-market timing and flawless pricing strategy, our home sold in just one week on the market. She provided incredible marketing products including in-home videos and aerial drone footage to really showcase our property. She provided valuable advice regarding staging and presentation for a home that had 20 years of living in it. She was well-prepared to handle the multiple offers we received. She also did extensive homework so that the appraisal process was simple and beneficial. But what truly sets her apart is how she handled the unexpected hurdles that we encountered. When issues arose with part of the roof, termites and minor electrical issues, she didn't just hand us a to-do list—she rolled up her sleeves and actively found us highly rated contractors to get everything fixed and finalized quickly. Jennifer went truly above and beyond for our family. Selling a homestead after a loved one has passed is often complicated, and our situation surely had it's complications, including necessary remediations of the house, and 6 heirs to manage expectations with across the country (and even out of the country!). She even helped my brother with referrals and wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty around the house to ensure we could provide the best showing experience. From the start, Jennifer was realistic with us about asking price and provided detailed and actionable feedback after showings to help us get to an offer that made sense for us as a family.
